Auction Rules & Regulations
1. Registration- Buyers must be 18 years
or older to bid. Registration takes
place for 3 days before the scheduled sale.
You CANNOT register on the date of sale.
Only registered individuals can attend the auctions. You must sign in at the office on the date of
auction.
2. Children & Guest- You may bring one
(1) guest with you to the sale. They
must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid photo ID. The guest MUST be listed on your registration
form or they will be asked to leave.
Auction sites are no place for children.
Please do not bring children with you to the sale. You will be asked to leave.
3. Re-selling- You may NOT resell the
contents of the unit on storage facility property. You may NOT resell the entire unit to another
bidder. This must also be done off of
the storage facility property. You may
NOT conduct a yard-sale from the purchased unit or on storage facility property.
4. Payments- CASH ONLY! NO checks or credit cards accepted.
5. Winning Bidder- On each unit the buyer must
immediately verify their final bid by signing a confirmation of sales
slip. You will NOT receive a receipt for
your purchase all sales are FINAL.
6. Payment Due- Payments are due
immediately at the signing of confirmation of sale. Sales are CASH ONLY. If you do not have the total amount for
payment of the unit, you CANNOT leave the facility grounds to obtain more
money. Your bid will be voided, you will
forfeit the unit, and it will be resold by the auctioneer. NO EXCEPTIONS!
7. Units auctioned one at a time- Prospective
buyer’s view from the doorway only. DO
NOT GO INSIDE, OPEN BOXES OR TOUCH ITEMS.
8 8. Bids are on the entire unit- All units
sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, “IN PLACE”, and “WITH FAULTS”. NO EXCEPTIONS! ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
9. NO USE OF SITE DUMPSTERS!!!
10. Removal of items- No items can be
removed until the end of the auction.
Everything in unit must be removed from site premises. You must have your own locks to secure
purchase.
11. Buyers- Must remove the entire contents
and leave nothing behind at the site.
Broom sweeping is mandatory! You
have 24 hours to remove contents from the unit.
Please stop by the site office on your last trip out to tell them that
the unit is clean.
12. Bid Disputes- Auctioneer’s decision is
final in the event of disputed bids on bid closing. State commercial codes state that the auctioneer’s
decision is final. If you did not bid on anything or did not win a bid please exit the
premises immediately after auction.
13. Our Auctioneers- Reserve the right to
refuse any bid from any person who is disruptive, or has caused a problem for
other auctioneers or at any of our prior auctions. If you cause issues you will be black-listed
on future auctions.
14. Facility Rules During Auctions- No
smoking, No Alcohol and No Children.
15. Cancellation- We reserve the right to
cancel any auction without prior notice.
